Who we are
This website is operated by Artifakt Medical Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17385956, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Artifakt Medical Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@artifaktmedical.com.
Our EU representative
Artifakt Medical Ltd is established in the United Kingdom, outside the European Union. Under Article 27 of the EU GDPR we have appointed a representative in the Union for data subjects in the European Economic Area:
Artifakt Medical s.r.o.V mokřinách 205/19, 147 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic
hello@artifaktmedical.com
You can contact our representative on any question about how we handle your personal data, in addition to or instead of contacting us directly. Contacting the representative does not limit your right to complain to a supervisory authority.
What we collect
When you submit information through our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and any optional message you provide. We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not run analytics scripts, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to: respond to your enquiries, communicate with you about our services, and follow up on your request. We will never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Enquiries submitted through our contact form are transmitted by Web3Forms, a form processor operated from the United States, and then held in our email system. As the controller is established in the United Kingdom, your data is accessed by us from the UK. The European Commission recognises the United Kingdom as providing an adequate level of data protection, under an adequacy decision renewed on 19 December 2025, so transfers from the EEA to us require no additional safeguards. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, and under the EU GDPR where it applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EEA it is the authority for your country of residence. To exercise these rights, please reach out via our contact page.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
